The Zoom XYH-5 is an X/Y Microphone Capsule designed for use with the Zoom H5 and H6 Field Recorders, offering two matched unidirectional condenser microphones set at a 90-degree angle. This capsule features a built-in shockmount system and can handle a maximum SPL of 140dB, making it suitable for high-quality stereo recording in various environments. Additionally, the H5 and H6 recorders include two inputs for external sources, allowing you to capture up to four input channels simultaneously. Each input is independently controlled by its own analog gain knob and comes with a -20dB pad for added flexibility.
