The SmallRig Baseplate 4950 enhances grip comfort and protects the Sony ZV-E10 II’s base. Secured with a 1/4″-20 screw, it features built-in padding to prevent scratches and maintain alignment. The battery compartment includes a hinged door designed to fit the camera’s curves, providing a comfortable resting place for the little finger and improving overall handling.

The bottom of the cage is equipped with a 1/4″-20 threaded hole for mounting a mini tripod and is compatible with the DJI RS Mini quick-release plate, facilitating camera stabilisation. An integrated Arca-Swiss quick-release plate accommodates Arca-type tripods and DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbals, allowing seamless transitions between handheld, gimbal, and tripod shooting scenarios.

The cage also features strap holes on the sides and bottom for attaching accessories such as the wrist strap (ID 3848), while the integrated QD holes are compatible with QD shoulder straps.

To enhance convenience, the kit is equipped with a built-in magnetic Allen wrench at its base, ensuring quick access and facilitating easy assembly and disassembly.
