High Quality Recording on iOS Devices

The Rode VideoMic Me-L is a high-quality compact and microphone designed for Apple iOS devices that have a Lightning port. It can be plugged in facing forward or backwards and gives you high quality audio recording to match the High Definition video recording capability of your device.

Directional Audio Pickup

The microphone’s 1/2-inch condenser capsule features a directional cardioid polar pattern which enables it to pick up sound coming from the front while minimising unwanted background noise from behind it.

Headphone Output

A built-in 3.5mm headphone jack on the back of the microphone lets you monitor your recordings in real-time. The port also doubles as a line-out so it can be used as a Lightning to 3.5mm TRS adapter for listening to music or taking calls using standard 3.5mm jack headphones.

Flexible Mounting Bracket

An adjustable mounting bracket ensures the Rode Mic fits your devices snugly and also keeps the mic in place while it’s in use. The bracket can be used with or without a case.

Windshield Included
