The RODE SC2 is a 3.5mm patch cable for the iPhone and your DSLR or video camera. In conjunction with the Rode iXY stereo microphone* the SC2 improves your video production by enabling you to replace the traditionally poor on-camera microphone with a high-quality iXY stereo mic and iPhone* combination.

Using the RODEGrip multi-purpose mount* and the RodeRec app*, the SC2 TRS patch cable converts your iXY and iPhone combination into a portable on-camera shotgun microphone. The patch cable connects the output of your iPhone to a standard 3.5mm audio input on your camera or camcorder for improved audio recording that is saved directly to your video file.

The Rode SC2 Patch Cable for iPhone features low-profile right-angled connectors and a coiled cable that extends from 170mm to 400mm for added mounting versatility.
